12) Does any Ameresco, PVI or City of Livingston employee need to come inside my house?

No, they do not need to enter your home. If the water meter is behind a fence, workers will need access to that part of the property. Ameresco, PVI, or City of Livingston employees will not have to enter homes at any time to perform work.
