 Highlights:
- Members of the Livingston VFD attended the annual week-long ire training
school conducted by the Texas Engineering Extension Service on the Texas A&M
University Campus in College Station.
- Fire Station Number 3, located on State Highway 146, was placed in
service.
- The department responded to 728 calls.
- Fire prevention programs were held in three school districts for
approximately 4,000 children.
- The department placed an order for a new 1,250-gallon-per-minute pumper
truck.
