OFFICE HOURS: Our regular office hours are 8:00 AM -
5:00 PM Monday through Friday. During the show, the office will be open from
7:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Friday and Saturday, and on Sunday personnel are located on
the Trade Days grounds.
SIZE OF
LOTS: Open lots measure 15 ft. wide and 30 ft. deep.
Markers are on each corner of the lot. Pavilion lots measure 10' wide and 20'
deep with a 20' walkway down the middle of the pavilion.

FOOD & DRINK CONCESSIONS:
Concession vendors are allowed to set up as early
as noon on Wednesday prior to the show. Only approved
concession vendors may sell food or drinks. All food and drink
concessions must meet the standards of the Texas Department of
Health and have a permit. Items not intended to be eaten on the
premises are not considered concessions. Only a limited number of
food concessions will be allowed at each event. Livingston
Trade Days will compile a waiting list for concessionaires after
the maximum number has been confirmed.
TABLES & TENTS:
Tables and tents will be available for rental at
each show. Rental price includes setup prior to the show and take
down afterwards. Reservation and payment for tables and tents must
be made at or before vendor arrival.

RESERVING SPACES: New lots may be rented
for the next scheduled Trade Days beginning on Tuesday after each
event. Lots reserved prior to the week-end of the show must be
paid for in advance. Reserved lots remaining unpaid for more than
one week may be re-rented.
RENEWAL
OF SPACES: Vendors may renew their lots
by paying the next month’s rent at the Livingston Trade Days
office during office hours on Trade Days weekend, or between 1:00
PM and 3:00 PM on Sunday of Trade Days weekend at the Trade Days
tent near the restrooms.
SET-UPS: Vendors may set up during the
following times: Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to
5:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. If a vendor desires to set
up prior to Thursday, a fee of $5.00 per day will be charged.
Vendors leasing a pavilion lot must be completely set up by 9:00
AM Saturday and must remain through 4:00 PM Sunday. Vendors not
set up by 9:00 AM Saturday may be relocated.
CHECK-OUT: Check out time for vendors
is 12:00 noon on Monday. A fee of $5.00 will be charged for extra
days, but the vendor must be off the property by 8:00 AM Tuesday.
PARKING:
Customers will be charged $2.00 per vehicle to park
at Trade Days on Saturday only. Parking on Friday and Sunday
is FREE! Vendors will receive a pass which will entitle them
to park free during the show.
ANIMALS
FOR SALE: Livingston Trade Days will
allow small animals, such as puppies, kittens, or non-fowl birds,
to be sold. All animals to be sold must be approved in advance by
the management. No venomous and/or toxic reptiles, insects,
spiders or snakes of any kind shall be sold or allowed on Trade
Days grounds. Fowl, such as ducks, turkeys or chickens are not
permitted to be sold at Trade Days.
SALES
TAXES: All regular and commercial
vendors must have a Texas sales tax number and all vendors are
responsible for reporting their own sales taxes. A sales tax of
8.25% must be collected on all merchandise sold.
COUNTERFEIT MERCHANDISE: Any vendor at
Livingston Trade Days may be inspected by the U. S. Customs
Service for copyright infringement. Livingston Trade Days assumes
no liability for the sale of counterfeit merchandise. Any vendor
found in violation of U. S. Customs regulations is subject to
prosecution.
RV PARKING:
Spaces for self-contained RVs are available. A dump
station is located on the grounds for your convenience.
